VacationMiles® programs are the property of, and are administered by HMI, Inc. (HMI) and its appointees. VacationMiles® programs offer participants points or miles which may be converted to selected Awards. HMI reserves the right to change the program and award offerings at any time without notice. All Awards are subject to the terms and conditions of the Award suppliers, and those outlined on this website may not apply to all suppliers.

Should events occur beyond HMI's or its appointees' control, such as computer equipment or electrical data transmission failure, strikes, acts of God or civil disturbances, VacationMiles® programs may be suspended or terminated.

The Award recipient is responsible for all reservations in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Award and Award supplier. No changes in the format or elements of Awards are allowed by the recipient. No cash or credit allowances will be made or reimbursed. Cash Savings Awards cannot be combined with any other award or promotion. Other restrictions may apply. All Award reservations must be made through HMI. Any applicable payments must be made by credit card. HMI and/or its appointees are not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed Award certificates or Award documents of suppliers. Upon receipt of award certificates, a minimum of 3 weeks advance reservations are required, except where a longer lead period is noted. Once redemption forms have been submitted and/or travel documents are issued, points or miles are non-refundable and documents are not returnable or exchangeable.

Federal and state income tax liability and any other federal, state, or local taxes are the responsibility of the participant. Award offers are void where prohibited by law. Awards cannot be converted to cash, and Cash Savings Awards cannot be combined. Awards may not be used for business travel.
