	General Terms and Conditions All awards will be shipped to the name and address of the enrolled participant. If you wish to transfer your awards you must contact your Marketing Coordinator for a release form. Specific Terms and Conditions Minimum of 35 days advance reservations are required. Applicable deposit, via credit card, is due to HMI upon booking reservations. Travel protection insurance plans, available for an additional fee, must be purchased prior to deposit. Final tour payment (less award value) are due at least 35 days prior to departure. Without payment, reservations will be canceled and deposit may be forfeited. For a fee, the land portion of the trip may be changed after the initial deposit is received. No revisions are allowed 7 days prior to departure. Travel documents will be issued approximately 21 days prior to travel. A lost document fee will apply for replacement of lost documents. Prior to booking a tour, travelers are required to review terms and conditions of the tour brochure, which may be requested from the tour operator. Other terms and conditions may apply to the tour requested.
