NOTE: In the event a style or model has been discontinued or changed by the manufacturer, we will substitute a current model guaranteed to be of equal value whenever possible. In the case where an item of equal value cannot be located, we will request that you reselect the merchandise, based on your award points or miles accumulation. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your award, we will happily replace it as long as all original shipping cartons and packing material are returned with the item.
