General Terms and Conditions
All
awards will be shipped to the name and address of
the enrolled participant. If you wish to transfer
your awards you must contact your Marketing
Coordinator for a release form.
Specific Terms and Conditions
Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery of
merchandise shipped directly from the
manufacturer. If ordering more than one item, do
not be concerned if the first shipment contains
only part of your order, as the balance will
follow shortly thereafter.
NOTE:
In the event a style or model has been
discontinued or changed by the manufacturer, we
will substitute a current model guaranteed to be
of equal value whenever possible. In the case
where an item of equal value cannot be located, we
will request that you reselect the merchandise,
based on your award points or miles accumulation.
If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your
award, we will happily replace it as long as all
original shipping cartons and packing material are
returned with the item.

Products
subject to availability. Offer not valid with
previous purchases. Offer not valid with Price
Matching Policy, Coupons, Merchandise Certificates
or other discount/promotional offers. Additional
tariffs, taxes and freight will apply to Alaska,
Hawaii and International shipments. Merchandise
certificates will be issued for any returns. All
returns must be sent to the TSI Distribution
Center, within 30-60
days (to be determined) via insured parcel post or
UPS for an exchange. Original packaging and
paperwork must be included. Items should not be
returned to store locations.

Occasionally
errors occur despite all efforts to proofread for
accuracy. Award Headquarters reserves the right to
reject a merchandise order due to typographic
errors in the web site, catalog, or Program Rules.
