General Terms and Conditions

All awards will be shipped to the name and address of the enrolled participant. If you wish to transfer your awards you must contact your Marketing Coordinator for a release form.

Specific Terms and Conditions

21- Day Advance Reservations. Award tickets may be used in the name of any individual the VacationMiles program participant selects. Once ticketed, tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Normal airline rules and conditions apply to all ticketed travel. Frequent-flyer miles can be accrued. Passengers must return to the city of origin. Open jaw & stopovers are not allowed. Advance reservations and blackout dates apply. All travel must be on the same airline. Airport Fees, passenger facility and other surcharges assessed by airports are not included in awards.

Free Tickets Awards are for round trip travel and are subject to class of service availability and blackout dates. Must include a Saturday night stay. Delta and Airline of choice have a 30-day maximum stay. Airline of choice awards have a maximum ticket value of $600.00 within the 48 contiguous United States and $1,000.00 outside the 48 contiguous United States. Payment for any airfare in excess of the maximum is the responsibility of the MyPoints member.
