General
Terms and Conditions
All
awards will be shipped to the name and address of
the enrolled participant. If you wish to transfer
your awards you must contact your Marketing Coordinator
for a release form.
Specific
Terms and Conditions
Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery of merchandise
shipped directly from the manufacturer. If ordering
more than one item, do not be concerned if the first
shipment contains only part of your order, as the
balance will follow shortly thereafter.
NOTE:
In the event a style or model has been discontinued
or changed by the manufacturer, we will substitute
a current model guaranteed to be of equal value
whenever possible. In the case where an item of
equal value cannot be located, we will request that
you reselect the merchandise, based on your award
points or miles accumulation. If, for any reason
you are not satisfied with your award, we will happily
replace it as long as all original shipping cartons
and packing material are returned with the item.
Goods
Damaged In Shipping
Visible
Damage: All shipments with visible major damage should
be refused. Concealed Damage: Should you find concealed
damage, please retain the merchandise and original
carton with all packing. If delivered by UPS/RPS/Parcel
Post, please call Award Headquarters so that pick-up
& replacement of your damaged award can be arranged.
ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS. ALL EXCHANGES
MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM RECEIPT, AND MUST
BE RETURNED WITH ALL PACKING MATERIAL INTACT.
Manufacturer's
Warranty Information: Warranty information for those
items covered by a written Manufacturer's Warranty
may be obtained at no charge by writing to Award
Headquarters.
Occasionally
errors occur despite all efforts to proofread for
accuracy. Award Headquarters reserves the right
to reject a merchandise order due to typographic
errors in the web site, catalog, or Program Rules.
