General Terms and Conditions

All awards will be shipped to the name and address of the enrolled participant. If you wish to transfer your awards you must contact your Marketing Coordinator for a release form.

Specific Terms and Conditions

21 day advance reservation is required. Applicable to corporate airport locations only. Renters must be 25 years or older with a major credit card, valid drivers license and must meet rental company driver qualifications in effect at the time and place of rental. Awards do not include taxes, airport fees, refueling or other extra service fees imposed by Hertz or Avis.

Weekend rentals require pick-up between noon Thursday through noon Sunday, and must be returned by 11:59 p.m. Monday. Pick-ups on Thursday require 3 day rental, Fridays a 2 day rental. One week Awards must be for a minimum of 5 days, including a Saturday night. Avis will not rent to persons residing within 50 miles of rental location.

Free Rentals - Are not valid in New York City, JFK, LaGuardia, Newark or Reno Airports. Awards are for the number of days specified and may not be combined with additional days, certificates, or other discounts. Cars must be returned to the location of pick-up. Upgrades are not available. A $50.00 service fee applies to changes to Avis reservations.

Flexi-Plan - Good toward any Avis or Hertz rental regardless of car type, pick-up or drop off miles up to the total value of the rental. Contact Award Headquarters for rate quotes.
